The team at TECT manage the day to day operations of the trust including the investments, annual rebate distribution, community grants scheme, collaborating with other local funders and community organisations, and working on projects for the trust.

Wayne Werder

General Manager

Wayne manages the operations, investments and programmes of the trust on behalf of the trustees. Wayne has a strong background managing community and not-for-profit organisations and has a Masters in Management studies from the University of Waikato.

Paula Hudson

Operations & Grant Manager

Paula's main responsibilities are to provide effective operational support, project management and coordination of the grants and donations programme. Paula can provide assistance with the funding application process and will answer any queries you may have.

Jeanette Voss

Grants Administrator

Jeanette's main responsibility is processing funding applications, following up with organisations where required and arranging functions. She is also the first port-of-call if you have any queries.

Accounts and Investment Administrator 

Tricia manages TECT’s accounting functions and assists with the administration of investments to ensure that they are in line with the trust’s objectives and principles.
